Shipment

 

We will send you an email about 30 days before delivery of your vehicle, which includes the following points:

  • Request for the residual payment of the open purchase price plus delivery fees
  • Possibility to select a dealer to pick up your vehicle
  • Information on the currently valid payment and shipping conditions

We exclude an increase in shipping costs at the time of the above -mentioned delivery information. Personal collection of the vehicles is of course possible free of charge at our production location

The following payment and shipping conditions apply to the status of July 26, 2024:

Shipping conditions

Our vehicles can be delivered to you (end customer) and our SOL contractual partners (e.g. e-bike, scooter and motorcycle dealers).

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
The shipping costs of the vehicles are added to the shopping cart when buying in our online shop. The delivery costs for pre -orders are due about 45 days before production starts.

Shipping domestic
For shipping, we pass on the costs of the freight forwarder to you and charge a flat rate of shipping costs of € 350. When delivering to German islands, an isolation of € 25 is charged to the shipping costs.

Shipping to other member states of the European Union
For shipping, we pass on the costs of the freight forwarder to you and calculate a flat shipping fee of € 500.

Shipping to Norway
For shipping, we pass on the costs of the freight forwarder and possible fees to you and calculate a flat shipping fee of € 500.

Delivery times
Insofar as no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered within three months from the order date from the order date. A different delivery time applies to pre -orders. Please note the information here when carrying out the pre -order. However, we would like to point out that delivery periods can change at short notice due to delays at our suppliers. In addition, our freight forwarders when transporting our production facilities to our SOL partners can lead to delivery delays. A withdrawal from the purchase contract and a refund of the purchase price or a purchase price reduction is fundamentally excluded when the delivery time is changed. Unless the revocation takes place within the statutory recall periods.

Please note that the delivery of the vehicles at our SOL partners depends on their availability, capacities and opening times. There is generally no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

The Sol partner you chosen for the delivery for the delivery will inform you when you order - or in the event of a pre -order.

Terms of payment

We accept fundamental payment options:

  • Payment by PayPal
  • Payment by credit card
  • Payment by Klarna immediately

Please note that the availability of payment methods depends on the respective country in which you order. Not every payment methods mentioned here are available in every country. We use the external payment provider Adyen for payment processing and do not guarantee the availability of the payment methods offered by Adyen.
