Employer Signs a Master Leasing Agreement
The employer signs a master leasing agreement with our leasing partner and informs its employees about the SOL Motors e-leasing offer—including all the benefits of the Pocket Rocket.
Employees register and choose their Pocket Rocket
Employees can register on the leasing portal via the invitation link or QR code and select their preferred Pocket Rocket model—based on their personal style and driving needs.
Quotation prepared by the authorized dealer
The retailer will prepare a customized quote for the selected Pocket Rocket, including the purchase price, accessories, and optional upgrades. The quote will be sent to the employee electronically.
Digital signature of the assignment agreement
Once the quote has been generated, the employee receives the lease documents via email. The lease agreement can be conveniently signed digitally in the portal, and the quote can be approved.
Review and Approval by the Employer
The HR department automatically receives a notification to review the digitally signed contract and approves the offer once the review is complete.
Picking up the Pocket Rocket
Once everything has been approved, you can pick up the Pocket Rocket at your local retailer—simply present the pickup code you received via email and a valid ID.
Delivery Confirmation & Invoicing
After the handover, the dealer sends the vehicle registration details to the leasing partner so that the monthly lease payment can be calculated and forwarded to the employer.
Conversion of cash wages to in-kind wages
Starting with your next pay period, a portion of your gross salary will be converted into in-kind compensation. The details are outlined in the assignment agreement and the leasing invoice—ensuring full transparency and a smooth process.
